Imposed By Their Chinese Masters!
The big game at Wagga Wagga City Council involves the conspiracy currently underway to establish the Communist Chinese Trade Centre development and then - we will witness in full the unbridled Chinese scheme to bring about a Zimbabwe model of power over the little man of Riverina politics and beyond. It is a high stakes game all round and the Chinese are playing to a well rehearsed script.
Disturbing revelations received by Australia First Party - via our operatives in Sydney - confirm our long held suspicions surrounding the Chinese Trade Centre development.
Mayor Rod (the would-be "Don") Kendall has been in constant contact with Humphrey Xu of ACA Capital Investments, (Migration fraudster notorious from his role in the Fitzgibbon Affair and an agent for the Chinese state), scheming and plotting to keep his collaborator MP Daryl Maquire's Trade Centre scam alive.
In the usual espionage style of business practice, Humphrey Xu and his partner in crime Lydia Zhang, have made it known to the "Patsies" in Wagga that they are calling the shots. We will not say here what the allegations are, but they have made coercive statements.
Rumours abound that Ms Zhang has boasted of having two area councils in her pocket.
Innuendo, threats, and extortion aside, this Trade Centre or "Transit Lounge" (as it was always intended to be) will see endless mobile colonies of invaders (unwanted Chinese citizens of dubious character), pass into and through Australia in the same style of other Chinese enclaves in Africa.

Mayor Kendall will be the "Snakehead" of this operation, or the Commissionaire (Doorman), who will greet these transitory colonists arriving in their airborne tinnies (upmarket boatpeople?) and direct them to the Transit Lounge within the compound of the Chinese Trade Centre. The starting point is 4,000 families (unlimited visas); under any Free Trade Agreement with China, we can expect subsequent intakes to be all but limitless.
There is much money to be made, but by whom? "Developers", Migration Agents, the dedicated hangers-on who have been loyal to the enemy to the end, all for a variety of perceived benefits?
There are around 100 outstanding questions from the public of Wagga surrounding this "secret operation" and questions too from some on Council who are not involved in this charade. Some Councillors say they have been offered bribes and refused them. Has anyone accepted?
The situation has really become to big for ICAC. We make further note even the local Fairfax media, The Daily Advertiser, who are well aware of the corrupt conduct, continue to print positive stories about this Trade Centre farce.
What we see going on at Wagga Council is a red flag to all Australians. It is too big for the normal workings of corruption-fighting.
Why? Because the Chinese have form. We need only look to Africa to understand what is happening in the Riverina.
The operators are not ordinary investors, but special actors in Chinese state policy.
Perhaps we should also call for the immediate deportation of Humphrey Xu, due to the migration fraud (the faked up marriages which were organized to keep him in Australia). Humphrey Xu went on to receive permanent Australian residency. Interesting how all this has been brought to Mayor Kendall's attention yet he still insists on doing business with Humphrey Xu.
Fairfax media has uncovered evidence of Helen Liu (Xu's then partner) also engaging in migration fraud and observed that the Immigration Department aborted its own probe into the matter without conducting any real investigation nor interviewing key witnesses.
The Federal Opposition has demanded to know why the department of Immigration and Citizenship failed to conduct a proper investigation after its immigration spokesman, Scott Morrison, refered the case of "a possible act of migration fraud" involving Ms Liu and others to the Department's secretary last year.
Fairfax Media has spoken to key players involved in the sham marriages that occurred more than 20 years ago - none of whom was contacted by Immigration - and obtained documentary evidence to show that Ms Liu obtained permanent residency after she and her Chinese boyfriend and business partner Humphrey Xu, married two young Australians in a bogus arrangement that fooled immigration officials.
As we have stated Helen Liu was at the centre of the Fitzgibbon Affair and may well be a Chinese spy. Then what is Humphrey Xu?
The reach of Chinese imperialism is no joke and that brings us to part two of the Trade Centre affair.
Do Kendall and Maquire and McLaren and the rest of these little boys really think they can outplay the representatives of the Chinese superpower?
Consider Zimbabwe. There has just been an election. The Australian newspaper ( $900m of diamond money ensures the dead vote - and Mugabe is forever, by Miles Amoore and George Arbuthnott, August 5) revealed that intelligence documents have shown the election was bought by Chinese diamond producers who provided a massive fund to sustain vote rigging.
The Mugabe regime has been intimately involved in the production of 'blood diamonds'. The Daily Mail reported:
"Once the diamonds are cut, the best stones for rings and other jewellery are sold back into the diamond network through dealers in India and the Middle East. Commercial grade stones are used in industry, helping fuel China's rise as a superpower."

The operation is massive. The Daily Mail continued:
"The Antonov - developed by the Soviets and like so much else, copied by the Chinese and manufactured en masse - carries men and equipment from a secret military airbase - outside Zimbabwe's capital Harare, whose job it is to tear the gems from the earth. It deposits between eight and ten Chinese military officials, who work overseeing members of the Zimbabwean military, as well as local labour at gunpoint in slave conditions."
The use of terror and slave labour, the essence of Chinese communism in fact, should show 'Mugabe' Maquire what it's all about for Chinese imperialism. But all we get from Maquire is a lecture on how wonderful his Chinese partners are.
Of course, Chinese imperialism is yet to use these labour methods here, but it's only a matter of time. In the interim, buying politicians is the flavour of the time.
While we also note that some folks in Africa - actually in a number of countries - who have shown resistance to this type of invasion mysteriously end up dead by the side of the road or down mine shafts.
The proposed Chinese Trade Centre in Wagga is not just a transit lounge or dumping ground for unwanted and undesirable Chinese citizens, but a command centre over the whole economy of the Riverina and indeed an aspect in the division of Australia. This so called trade centre will serve many purposes all for the benefit of Imperialist China and to the detriment of Australia.
The Zimbabwe model of Chinese 'development' should inspire all Australians in the Riverina to treat the gaggle of running dogs of the Chinese superpower at Wagga City Council and beyond with mass contempt.
Questions To Ponder:
1. Are there any Chinese Military already on Australian soil "protecting" Chinese interests ?
2. Why has our otherwise well informed Federal Member of the Riverina Michael McCormack remained silent on this issue ?
3. Will this "Trade Centre" in reality be a Command Centre over the entire Riverina economy and beyond and what is it's connection to the Northern Food Bowl (food bowl of Asia) development.
4. Will the Gold Mine at Parkes be run in a similar way to the Diamond Mine in Zimbabwe?
5. When we analyse the election fraud in Zimbabwe, should we be concerned about the already substantial donations to Australian politicians (past and present, on both sides of politics) by Chinese State operatives ?
