Dr. Jim Saleam and Brendan Gidley
Mr. Basil Hille, South Australian Director of the One Nation party, has written an important article on refugees. If his comments become One Nation policy, then it would mean that One Nation had fundamentally compromised its principles.
We understand that the refugee influx, the breaking open of the borders is the ultimate irrationality which faces all who say they are Australian patriots. It is something which threatens our very right to exist as a people. And it is being foisted upon us by politicians, capitalists, media, church lunatics, leftists, in front of our eyes. Our people are being dispossessed in their own land.
So, some decent people tinker with the hard question-yes or no ? Some play clever with it. Some lose sight of what the task of any Australian patriot is: to secure the Australian Nation itself !
Mr. Hille has written:
"Meanwhile, we in One Nation if we are against the arrival of boat people we must have an alternative solution, and one way I or we propose is, stop illegal immigrants in the country of their departure, that is where they board the boats on their journey to Australia eg; Indonesia or where ever, this must be done in consultation with the appropriate government authorities of that country, with any that may slip past those authorities and arrive in Australian waters then placed on planes and sent to appropriate refugee locations and processed along with other refugees who have been waiting patiently for entry into Australia the legal and safe way, other wise they are queue jumpers and are taking a place away from those who waited patiently and earned the right to enter Australia."
The Australia First Party is not concerned with whether refugees ( sic ) are illegals, or if they are legally ( sic ) processed by ten thousand United Nations officials for entry to Australia.
Australia First does not care whether they paid to come by boat ( as 'queue-jumpers' ), or whether they patiently waited their 'turn'.
Australia First says: no, no, no !
Australia First would repudiate all treaties on refugees.
Australia First would turn all boats around as the Malaysians did to Vietnamese boats in 1976-9.
Australia First would declare these unarmed intruders to be unlawful combatants in a new type of warfare which will characterise the twenty-first century: the war for resources, land, water and life itself. Those who re-entered the national territory after being turned about, after being provisioned to return home, after receiving full warning-would be sunk.
Australia First recognises that, combined with the 'legal' immigration invasion, the refugee influx adds to our woe. Essentially, Australia is being drowned in a sea of alien cultures.
Can One Nation say what needs to be said ? The members of One Nation clamour to hear the truth shouted loud and clear ! But do some leaders fear the media will frighten the voters off by saying they are a party of blood and violence ? Truly any party that allows these refugees into Australia is creating an age of blood and violence ! Who said 'voters' are the answer here ? Isn't agitation and action that mobilises the Australian people-what is really needed ?
What is being proposed to One Nation members is Liberal Party deceit-politics. Isn't that what an Abbott might say ? It is not a nationalist solution. If such a policy line was ultimately imposed upon the One Nation party-then it would be time for members to vote with their feet.
And Australia First would welcome all who are prepared to fight !
We call on One Nation members: do not go down the compromise road !

The Dispossession Agenda.
Review Of Political Parties Needed
Max Goulter ( Daily Advertiser 8.12.10 ).
I ask readers to cast their minds back to 2007. Which political party was in power at the time ?
The 2007 Water Act has rightfully been attacked by irrigation farmers and dryland farmers alike. It was passed by the then Liberal/National Howard government.
Mike Taylor, the MDBA chairman, stated that "The act that set up this authority was based on the Ramsar Convention of 1971."
When the Howard government passed it they were handing the Murray/Darling producers over to a program that threatens their livelihoods, and the food security which we have always enjoyed.
How many people realise that already, Australia is a net importer of food ? There used to be close to 200,000 family farmers in Australia, now there are just 80,000.
At Echuca last week, Tony Abbott, Barnaby Joyce and Sharman Stone were confronted by Aaron Isherwood of the CEC who asked them if they had read the water act.
Sharman Stone admitted that they designed the act, but blamed the MDBA's interpretation for the problems. This whole saga smells of hypocrisy. The party which was responsible for drafting the act sends their reps to the meetings who pose like the "white knights" who are going to save our struggling farmers from the Labor Party and the MDBA.
As many have already said, the whole water act needs to be rejected and a new one written because as it stands, it doesn't matter how much consultation goes on, the necessary changes that need to be made to it will never happen.
Our rivers are flooding, and still they say that our irrigation farmers cannot have any more water. The Green/Labor coalition is just continuing this foolishness.
It has got to the point that voting in the Lib/Nat government to get rid of Green/Labor is like moving the deck chairs on the Titanic. We in the country need to take a good look at the track record of the people we have voted in over many years and assess the facts.

Australia First Supports A Boycott Of The Sineva Foundation !
Foundation Needs Support; Daily Advertiser ( 3.12.10 ).
Clearly there is no end in sight to what is seemingly an entrenched parasitic culture of refugees. Is it not enough that Mr. Newah-Jarfoi has disadvantaged other Australians by way of all the tax payer assistance he and other refugees have received from the Australian people, ahead of other needy and disadvantaged groups, he now wishes to sponge the resources of struggling businesses and the community of Wagga Wagga as well !
In an article in the Daily Advertiser ( 3.12.10 ) Mr. Newah-Jarfoi states he wishes to set up a "foundation" to provide education for children in Sierra Leone. There is no doubt this is a worthy cause and has merit, BUT, as Mr. Newah-Jarfoi stated "According to the United Nations, 5 % of Sierra Leone people are illiterate. This lack of education is having a terrible and prolonged effect on the country".
I would refer Mr. Newah-Jarfoi to official Australian government NAPLAN statistics that remote areas and areas of disadvantage in Australia have much worse statistics than 5 % illiteracy, it is more like 60 %. Is Mr. Newah-Jarfoi concerned with these disadvantaged people ?
We would suggest to the people of the Riverina rather than donate yet again to international causes and agencies, they would consider donating to local and or Australian disadvantaged peoples. In the case of literacy and education, they may consider donating to the Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation, who are trying to raise $150,000 to support a one year community program as part of the foundations campaign to reverse the situation, where four out of five children in remote Aboriginal communities are unable to read.
Donations can be made to http://www.wallofhands.com.au/. The Herald is a media partner of the Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation.
Further worthy causes within Australia, that are desperate for funding and donations are child protection organisations, mental health agencies, assistance for the over 100,000 Australian homeless and rising, including homeless youth and the elderly and many many more worthy and ignored Australian causes in dire need.
We would suggest to Mr. Newah-Jarfoi, that he approach one of these other "charities" such as Red Cross, World Vision and so on, that would happily assist his cause, before that of local need as we note with the Red Cross in Lockhart and the Lockhart flood victims.
Further, as Mr. Newah-Jarfoi would be well aware, the U.N and other "international" groups are providing humanitarian and other assistance to "his country". If he is as passionate about his cause ( as he states in Daily Advertiser ), maybe he should consider returning to Sierra Leone himself to assist the need he speaks of at the coal face ?
This situation is an example of the failure of multiculti and that in reality we are opposing groups joined only by a global economy, rather than any hallucination of a homogeneous nation.

Scrap Basin Plan And Adopt Political Will And Commonsense !
Jeanine McRae ( Griffith ).
Whoopsie. It's not the whole truth and nothing but the truth we're being told here. The only reason the Murray Darling Basin Plan ( MDBP ) referred to just the "environment", and excluded the social and environmental impacts, is because they simply didn't have to under legislation which invoked the act.
Yes, that's right-we are dispensable, our area is dispensable, food security is dispensable, everything is dispensable in favour of "the environment", which can be construed ( or not ) in very broad terms.
When we became party to international/UN agreements, conventions, treaties etc, then that treaty allows the federal government to override state law because the Australian federal government signed the treaties under the external affairs power [ i ] of the Australian constitution.
Thus, the federal government, supported by a High Court ruling can now legislate to enforce any international agreement by invoking the external affairs power. It is my understanding they did so in order to get the states to agree to "water reform".
Therefore, the Ramsar Convention with its wetlands environmental thrust can override our law here, and that is why the MDBA did not legally have any need to refer to any social or economic outcomes, even though the agreement on reform between the states alludes to it. And why don't they legally stick to this ? Because the international convention overrides everything else.
Regardless of any lip-service where they promise to look at it, or indeed, if they do take it into consideration initially, are we able to trust that it won't be changed in 10 or 20 years time ? Therefore, we should immediately insist that the proposed basin plan ( MDBP ) is struck from the legislation. Wiped. Zeroed. Destroyed.
Any future legislation should not refer to any international conventions that can override what we do here. If agreement can't be reached by the states, then we should have no agreement. The money we have spent already on this debacle could probably build an "environmental" dam or dams just for the frogs, birds, Adelaide, and the Lower Lakes.
This year, and last year, would have filled it/them, and for many years there would be an environmental flow that wouldn't need to impact on our already impacted community. Instead of un-dammed lies and stacked statistics, we could have dammed water to flow.
It's a myth that water is scarce in Australia. We have plenty-it just goes out to sea without us catching it. If it makes sense to catch the rainwater off our rooves, then why doesn't it make sense to fill up dams in the good years. Millions of megs of water could be captured if we had the political will to do so.
So, go build an environmental dam for Ramsar. Leave our water and food security alone. This madness is totally unnecessary and easily fixed with some commonsense and political will.

Living Under A Bridge Safer Than Living In NSW Department Of Housing !
Under The Bridge: Homeless May Be Forced To Hit The Road !
SMH ( 16.11.10 ).
67 year old Lenny Walsh said " You're safer here than in the city". Mr Walsh and his friends Steve and Eddie sit in camp chairs sipping cups of tea, protected from the pouring rain by the broad belly of the M4 motorway.
They are part of a small, but ever increasing community of homeless men-and occasionally women-who have lived at the makeshift campsite in Harris Park since last Christmas.
But the men are bracing themselves for eviction today, having been told by Roads Traffic Authority that they must clear out or face charges of trespassing on government property.
"We've got everything here-stove, couches, beds, tents. What do they want us to do, rent a storage unit ?" Steve 47, says dryly.
The Roads Minister ( ex-public housing Minister ), David Borger, said last night that he had asked the RTA to review the matter and offer help. But the men have all tried, and rejected, the Department of Housing refuge and crisis accommodation facilities, saying they carry more risk than the street !
"You end up living with drug dealers and crooks," said Eddie 48. "As long as you pay the rent on time and don't have the cops around too often, Housing doesn't care what you do."
The NSW Director of Mission Australia, Leonie Green, said Sydney was facing a wave of homelessness due to the combined effects of rising interest rates, high household debt and reduced working hours.
"The most vulnerable group at the moment is the family group and those who have bought into the mortgage belt. This is predominantly Western Sydney, so that is where we're likely to see more homeless."
snip.....
The Riverina Office of Australia First has received many reports of these very problems in Regional NSW .
The majority of reports received, have been regarding the dangerous and frightening living conditions in the Department of Housing areas. The extreme violence, drug dealers and users, alcohol problems, and what goes with it. Crime is rife and anti-social behavior is the accepted norm.
In Tolland and Kooringal burnt out and vandalised houses line the streets, adding to the general ambiance of the ongoing crime scene that is Department of Housing accommodation. As tax payers we are curious as to where the millions of dollars, of taxpayers money went that was allocated to the Wagga area ( 12-18 months ago ) specifically for the purpose of cleaning up this mess and suppossedly to address the issues of anti-social behavior ? The propaganda peddled was that this was a matter of urgency for this area. Nothing has changed.
If anything the problems are getting worse, and D.O.H Wagga Office won't lift a finger. Rather they happily sit back collecting a handsome salary whilst vulnerable people, their so-called clients live in the middle of what can only be described as a war zone and a living hell !
Where is the "duty of care" ? Where is the facilitation of the Housing Act ? Who is accountable ?
Mission Australia and others have some nerve, pretending to care about the dire situation of Australians, while most of their efforts are concentrated on refugee re-settlement and services. The double talk and double standards of such groups is offensive to disenfranchised Australians.
Their actions do not reflect their talk, as they too offer only flea ridden, cockroach infested halfway houses and the like for needy Australians, while they secure the best lodgings and services for refugees ( Invaders ).

Water Shambles.
Kellie Tranter ( 15.9.10 )
Did you notice recent reports that one Richard Lourey is abroad hawking Australian water ? Yes, he's a water marketeer. Yes, he's selling Australian farm water to investors in Asia, Europe and North America. Yes, he's trying to flog water rights along the Murray-Darling Basin ! Surely you remember the Murray-Darling Basin ? Yes, that's the one: the major river system for the eastern half of our continent that doesn't have enough consistently runing water to survive, let alone to satisfy the already rapacious demands of its human exploiters. Yet he's trying to get overseas speculators in on a bit of wheeling and dealing in its precious flow ? It shouldn't come as a surprise if you look at recent history.
The World Bank:
The water privatisation policy of the World Bank was articulated in a 1992 paper entitled "Improving Water Resources Management". The Bank believes that water availability at low or no cost is uneconomic and inefficient. Even the poor should pay...
In 2003 the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists discovered that despite the World Bank's contentions that it does not "force" privatisation on the poor.....Using data available from the World Bank Web site, ICIJ analysed 276 loans labelled "water supply" awarded by the bank between 1990 and 2002. In about one third of the projects, the World Bank required the country to privatise its water operations in some way before it received funds.
Here in good old New South Wales the free marketeers didn't need the helping hand of external "persuasion": water privatisation here seems to have been kicked off at the COAG meeting in February 1994 with the descision to establish an open water market as part of a national push towards a National Land & Water Resources Audit 2002-08.
This local philosophy was consistant with the World Bank's approach. An article "Tradable Property Rights to Water How to improve water use and resolve water conflicts" ( PDF 159KB ) that appeared in the World Bank's Public Policy for the Private Sector February 1995 edition took the now familiar line that.....
...Tradable water rights can help shift water to high value uses in a way that is cheaper and fairer than some of the present alternatives...Under a tradable water rights system, the public sector's role in the construction, operation and maintenance of hydraulic infrastructure can be reduced to financing selected high-return activities with strong positive externalities or public goods characteristics. The market-not the-government-will determine the allocation and pattern of water use and the prices charged for water rights...
A great idea if they're creating a true market instead of a casino, and if the players and the regulators can be "trusted" with our most precious resource of all. But they weren't and they can't.
Commoditisation Of Water In NSW:
The Carr government introduced the Water Management Act in 2000. It's most significant change was that one did not have to own or occupy land to hold a water licence. It permitted them to be held by anyone, including a passive investor, allegedly facilitated objectives such as maximising the social and economic benefits of water to the community while being consistant with the maintenance of long-term productivity of land. Unfortunately this kind of government propaganda, dubious economics and high fallutin` "public benefit" claptrap prevailed in the absence of any objective public benefit or organised community opposition.
Ongoing concerns have been raised about privatisation. The ultimate question is whether or not the punative intention of the legislation has played out ? You can bet it hasn't, and it won't. Haven't we already seen farmers express concerns about Maquarie Agribusiness buying up water rights to secure water for its investments ?
Privatisation:
Not long before Carr took up his post with Maquarie Bank his government laid the groundwork for a futures market in water rights. A NSW State Water media release from July 2005 reads:
...A water index futures market would provide reliant, or water exposed businesses with an opportunity to hedge their risks to future climatic factors, particularly water availability. An ability to hedge future risks leads to better informed investment decisions and in turn stimulates economic activity, creating jobs and more certain profits for businesses. The establishment of a futures market would enable financial service organisations to develop simple yet effective products for the rural community designed to reduce the impact of drought and flood...
Rubbish ! "Financial service organisations" exist to make profit and they will profit by selling water to "miners" or farmers, who are ultimately the only other real market in rural Australia, at prices that guarantee their profits. The press release doesn't mention environmental concerns or any limitations on the activities of overseas "investors" or local speculators.
Essentially buying water now operates, it seems like a bet on future scarcity but with a guaranteed "win" for those who have the money to play. In the driest inhabited continent on the planet and its drought conditions, the only way for the price to go is up. It won't be long before those who can afford to pay for the water will have the luxury of it. And domestic consumers are going to suffer as much as our surviving farmers.
Water Brokers:
Now with such a wonderful, well thought out scheme to benefit all and sundry one would have thought that the NSW State Government would have had an effective licensing regime in place when it introduced Water Management Act 2000. After all, everyone else seems to be regulated nowadays.
Apparently not. The National Water Commission did commission the Allen Consulting Group to investigate national and jurisdictional governance arrangements for the conduct of market intermediaries and appropriate governance options, but a "minimalist intervention" approach was recomended.
So the wheelers and dealers are free to wheel and deal, substantially regulated only by the general law: for water brokers that are corporations the ( Federal ) ACCC has released a publication called Water brokers and exchanges-your fair trading obligations, and for partnerships or sole traders the equivalent State laws administered by the ( NSW ) Dept, of Fair Trading come into play. If that arrangement is OK, why was Waterfind, one of Australia's main water brokers calling late last year for more regulation of water brokers ?
Conclusion:
Our "new" federal government needs to take responsiblity for managing Australia's limited water resources. Within the framework of addressing water and food security, the requirements for industry and agriculture have to be met in tandem with the needs of the general population. Private enterprise does not and will not distribute water equitably or in a way that promotes the national interest.
It needs to be noted that if the federal government does not voluntarily assume the role of conservator and distributor of water, acting without fear or favour to promote the national interest, sooner or later scarcity will force that role upon them. Corrupt state governments can have no part in such undertakings, and neither can cashed up private companies who grease the wheels of government for their own ends.

Australia First Supports Inverbrackie People's Struggle Against Refugee Invasion: Time For A Community Strike!
Some 400 refugees will be dropped into the Adelaide Hills town of Inverbrackie. So much for the Julia Gillard and Tony Abbott election-period spin on deterring "asylum seekers". Stop the boats ? No: fly them in! Disused army facilities will be turned over to the parasites. A large protest meeting at the Woodside Town Hall on October 21 drew some 400 people.
The Australia First Party supports the people of the Adelaide Hills in their concerns and in their protests. The party will commence activities there very soon.
It is people's struggle that is the decisive thing and it is difficult for direction to be found amidst the chaos of recolonization.
The dark terror that will be waged by Moslem extremists, Tamil Tiger guerrillas, Afghan drug criminals, African animists and so on is but a matter of time. It sums to culture busting ( the process by which Australian community feeling and identity is broken down ) and is also a type of state-terrorism against the Australian population-ethnic cleansing!
Resistance must become permanent, regardless of what the government does.
Australia First Party proposes the model of a Community Strike:
No Australian should collaborate in any way with any government agency which operates the project.
No Australian should communicate with any so-called refugee.
No Australia should accept any employment arising from the intrusion.
No Australian should attend any church or community group that supports the refugee invasion.
All should shun and avoid any person who violates these rules.
The people of the area should ensure the election of fighting councillors to defend their interests at local level.
Australians should affiliate to and support their Australian heritage or community organization of choice.
The people of Inverbrackie and the Hills area generally will be vilified by the national media and other psychological terrorists for any patriotic stand they take. To end the refugee invasion, to repudiate the United Nations treaties, to punish those in political office who have allowed this are enormous questions. The people of Inverbrackie have been put in the front line of a battle for the future of Australia.
If you don't fight-you lose!

The Death Knell For Murray-Darling Food Producers.
With the release of the Murray-Darling Basin Plan we realise it is the death sentence for Australian food production and up to 90 rural and regional communities along with it!
Robert Anderson of Moree NSW warns us: Beware The Consultation That Isn't !
After many delays and leaks we now have the guidelines for the Murray-Darling Basin plan, and are being told by Water Minister, Tony Burke, "not to worry, it is only a draft, and we will now have the community consultation process".
From my experiences dealing with Labor governments, now is the time to get really worried.
When SEPP46 came into being in NSW, then Premier, Bob Carr, and relevant ministers all said "do not worry, this is the interim until we have a proper community consultation process before the Act is formed and passed".
The Native Vegitation Act duly came in and was somewhat worse than SEPP46. In the so-called "consultation process" the only parties really listened to were the extreme Green groups.
Eventually a lot of time, money, and effort went into designing a "general exemption" to incorporate in the Act to make day-to-day farming operations feasible.
A workable solution was worked out with the more moderate green groups, NSW Farmers and local government. However, this did not suit the radical Greens and on the eleventh hour the general exemption was canned by Bob Carr.
At the same time the Regional Vegitation Plans that were starting to work out very sustainable solutions, and would have cost millions of dollars to formulate, were also scrapped, to appease the radical left wing Greens who wanted a centralist system they could control via a compliant government.
Both were replaced with the disastrous centralised computer program, the Property Vegitation Planner, which is negative for both farmers and the environment, but good for those inner city Green votes that are the lifeblood of Labor.
Both the Native Vegitation Act and the replacing of the general exemption and Regional Vegitation Committees were economically and environmentally retrograde steps done for pure political reasons after "community consultation", with rural NSW as the scapegoat.
When a Labor government talks of "community consultation", it is Laborspeak for "softening up" before getting hit with the real sting in the tail, which will be much worse than what has so far been put on the table.
Labor hyenas, whether State or federal, do not change their spots. They remain a gentle hue of socialist red, and love to roll on their backs and let their masters, the far left radical, so-called "Greens", tickle their tummy.
R. Anderson
The Land ( 14.10.10 ).
The real agenda here is somewhat more sinister, we are moving into the globalist fase where all agriculture excluding the big produce for export czars will be killed off and we will import for consumption.
The Murray-Darling Basin Plan is but one of the many weapons in the globalists arsenal to achieve this goal.
When injustice becomes LAW, resistance becomes DUTY!

The "Anti-Fascists" Of "Antifa Australia" Fail To Stop The Sydney Forum: It Is A Serious Political Defeat For Those Who Deny Free Speech.
Dr. Jim Saleam.
The "Antifa Australia" group has failed to stop the Ninth Sydney Forum held on September 18-19. After threatening to demonstrate against the Forum's Sunday session and to generally expose and oppose "fascism" ( sic )- they simply failed to show.
Or rather, three "spies" did. One was arrested by some police for an offence ( weapon ? drugs ? ). Another slunk away with a few snapshots of a small group of police detailed to "watch" the event and the last one took a few photos at a safe distance from the Forum across the busy Princes Highway at Tempe. What startling intelligence did he get ? Simply a few pikkies of the Australia First building where the Sunday session was held!
For Antifa, it was a bad knock, a serious miscalculation, a political defeat. Not to make good on their promise to demonstrate even when sympathetic journalists at the ABC or SBS could have given them a camera opportunity, has shown even a lack of enterprise.
On Sunday, when they should have been demonstrating against the Forum to prove whatever anti free speech credentials they have, Antifa opted to hold a "rally" at the Hub Theatre In Newtown, with some forty or fifty persons in attendance. They later tried to occupy Newtown Square with banners and bongos and they threw a few insults at duty police.
There was still the opportunity to march from Newtown to Tempe, but there was no attempt to encourage others to join them, nothing at all. After adjourning from their rally, the Antifa wandered off to a few hotels and others perhaps-to some private homes to enjoy their recreational drugs.
Acting as the "fascists" they would proclaim the Forum to be, they still failed to stifle freedom of speech.
In recent months, Australia First has noted increasingly strident rhetoric from Antifa to deny freedom of speech and assembly to those who they deem to be "fascists". In the past they have damaged property and tried to assault people. They did not confront the Forum. Why ?
Last year Antifa demonstrated ( with property damage ) in inner city Chippendale, protesting against a group they called "extreme right" or "fascist". In July, they joined with others to protest a small group of persons in Newtown who objected to Islamic migration. However, Australia First and Sydney Forum have been reserved for special abuse and occasional violent rhetoric.
Antifa is a group fuelled by anarchists and inner city "lifestyle dregs" ( same sex marriage couples, perverts of various sorts, drug abusers, refugee "advocates" and what not ). They do not represent the Australian people although they might be considered "chic" in parts of inner-suburbs Sydney. They proclaim themselves arbiters of freedom. Yet, this group does not see ( if it cares at all ) that its slogans ( No borders!; No nations! Refugee rights! ) are the very slogans of the corrupt, globalist, Australian political establishment. Australia First has often decried the "rabble above and the rabble below", that funny working coalition of the rich in expensive suits and the greenhairs in dirty drag, who together share a common globalist perspective-and via the media can mobilise against patriotic Australians. At best, this curious Antifa street gang serves in practice those very elites they criticise elsewhere as the uncaring rich. The irony is absolute and the deception complete. Ultimately, it may be that the Antifa have simply recognized the fact that we cannot be deterred and that it is easier to abuse the long suffering average cop.
The Sydney Forum was a success and reports that have reached us say that the 2011 Forum will be the largest. Next year marks the tenth anniversary of the Forum's foundation and in fact-its tenth presentation. Freedom of speech and genuine democracy is not dead in Australia. Australia First Party will continue to proudly support the Sydney Forum and we look forward to reading its full report for 2010.

Foreign Buyouts.
Today Tonight 16.9.10
Reporter Helen Wellings.
It's the great disappearing act. Our skills, machinery, companies, products, homes and significant parts of our land are being sold off at a rapid rate.
Most people prefer to buy Australian, but it's often impossible to tell dinky-di goods from imported ones because our government allows confusing labelling.
"Product of Australia" means the food was grown here, while "Made in Australia" means the produce can come from overseas, but just be processed or transformed here.
Lynne Wilkinson of Ausbuy, which supports Australian owned companies and products says of the top 100 food brands, only 20 are controlled by Australian interests.
"Foreign companies use koalas, Australian flags, maps even the word Australian to infer they are Australian," Lynne said.
Tracking down an Aussie product can be like finding a needle in a haystack.
"Frozen vegies, there is not much from Australia, this is from China, and these onions are from Poland. They are made in NZ and the peas are from the UK and sold for $2 a pack," Lynne said.
"You have a major brand like Dairy Farmers which represents 54 per cent of our dairy industry, it's been taken over by the Japanese. Golden Circle, that was taken over by Heinz. CSR sugar is being taken over by a Singaporean company".
90 per cent of products on supermarket shelves are imported or owned by foreign companies. Australia's now importing more than $1.5 billion worth of fruit and vegetables per year, increasing 5 per cent every year. Bonds has moved production overseas and Arnotts is now owned by the big American, Campbells.
"Uncle Tobys is owned by Nestle the Swiss company, Just Juice is the Berri company which is owned by Kirren, the Japanese. It says "Made in Australia" and its got fully imported ingredients," Lynne said.
And the latest shock? The historical Gunnedah property, Kurrumbede, Dorothea Mackellar's homestead, which inspired her to write our most famous Australian poem, My country, has just been sold to a Japanese company for $14 million. That's right, 2600 hectares of our precious heritage is about to be turned into a coalmine.
Jo Kellock, CEO of the Council of Textile & Fashion Industries of Australia says our skills and jobs are rapidly disappearing offshore.
"It is very serious, we are very concerned about what's happened to the Australian-made content in the fashion market, it is hard to find those clothes," Jo said.
"The majority of our clothes are coming from China, then Vietnam, Bangladesh and Cambodia, and in the Third World countries they are entitled to bring those goods in duty-free, and that drives the price down in the Australian market."
We're now importing one billion articles of clothing a year.
Cue, a great Australian fashion success story, was founded 42 years ago by the same family that still owns it. CEO David Kesby says they'll never be tempted to sell out.
"One of the great reasons they love Cue is because we are still predominantly Australian made. We've got suppliers that have worked with us over 30 years. By making here in Australia we get to deliver in store, much quicker than all our contemporaries, the latest international fashions trends," David said.
"Basically all our pants, dresses and jackets are made in Australia. There is a booming backlash against imports in many quarters.
Back to basics is the concept of Aussie Farmers Direct. It takes orders online and delivers fresh food, including meat, straight from the farm to your table. Chief Executive Braedon Lord says you buy local produce and cut out the middle man and save a packet.

Cr Goodlass Needs To Realise That Population Increase Means Immigration.
Wagga Wagga Councillor Ray Goodlass has called on the City Council not to run headlong into population growth without knowing the limits of sustainability.
That sounds fair on the surface. We note that Goodlass brought a motion to council's infrastructure services standing committee this week that called on council to initiate talks with Charles Sturt University, water utilities, businesses and other councils to develop research projects to produce sustainable population in Wagga.
However, the Councillor, like the Greens party in general, finds it very hard to get its head around the fact that population growth in the Riverina essentially means growth arising from the bloated Australian immigration policy. It means too looking critically at the on-going refugee invasion of our country.
The Advertiser quoted Mr Goodlass: "We don't know what the sustainable growth of Wagga can be, and I think we need to find out." The paper said he claimed to be motivated to lodge the motion to council by a concern about rapid growth's demands on infrastructure, including roads, and the impact on agricultural production from new residential areas eating into prime farming land.
We find it unlikely the Greens are overly concerned about the crisis of Australian agriculture. That is a new one.
There is one sure way to save Australian agriculture, keep Australia's population levels "sustainable" and restore Australia's natural balance. That is to overturn the blind growth ideology of the globalists which demands a larger construction market and a surging labour force. That can only mean an end to immigration.
If Cr Goodlass can get to that we will praise the fellow. Yet we fear that all he will get his head around is his favourite Greens` policy-same-sex-marraige and same-sex-couple-adoption. These are much more desirable propositions than standing up for the Australian biosphere and the Australian people!

BIG BROTHERS.
In the current economic climate, with increasing registration costs, dysfunctional and over regulation, intensive fines-regime, road tolls and so on, a sector of Australia's working population ( owner/drivers ) are being bled dry.
All this benefits the large corporations with their economies of scale, their links to government and their cheap contract labour.
Big Brothers....
Owner/Driver ( September 2010 ).
Brad Gardner.
Three of the industry's biggest players want government to force truck owners to install monitoring technology for speed and fatigue, but the Transport Workers Union believes transport clients should wear the cost, not owner-drivers.
Long Distance truck drivers should be forced to install monitoring technology in their rigs to crack down on speeding and fatigue offences, according to the nation's largest transport carriers.
Toll, Linfox and Asciano have joined forces to pressure governments to mandate GPS technology. The three companies claim speed and fatigue are the major causes of truck accidents and that tracking drivers will improve compliance and road safety.
Under the Road Transport ( Long Distance Operations ) Award, a long distance operation is defined as interstate work or a return journey exceeding 500km.
"We believe it should be mandatory for companies to monitor fatigue and speed using telematics technology," Toll, Linfox and Asciano write in their proposal to the National Transport Commission ( NTC ).
The NTC is currently looking at developing a national strategy for in-vehicle telematics to encourage the industry to adopt the technology. But the Transport Workers Union ( TWU ) has raised concerns over how owner-drivers will be able to afford to install the technology.
TWU National Secretary Tony Sheldon says transport clients that set the delivery schedules should be required to pay for the GPS devices. "An owner-driver should not have to pay thousands of dollars for a unit. If this cost is going to rest with anyone it must be the clients," Sheldon says.
He says it is easy to blame drivers if work hours are exceeded, but pressure must be put on those who set delivery times. "If we are going to see this rolled out in any capacity then the end result must not see drivers solely targeted-the clients schedule must come into the equation," Sheldon says. "This can't be used as another hit against drivers-this needs to go up the supply chain."
Sheldon has also questioned why short-haul operators should be left out of a monitoring scheme. "There are many accidents that happen on local work. The pressures there are the same and that needs to be acknowledged," he says.
Under the scheme proposed by Toll, Linfox and Asciano, the GPS devices will be capable of e-mailing messages to notify the vehicle owner of a breech, warn drivers when they are speeding and count driving hours to inform drivers when they are reaching a limit.
The monitoring tools will also be equipped with anti-tampering systems, traceable records, driver identification such as smart cards and measures to log accident data. However, the three companies want all information to remain under the control of a company instead of a system similar to the Intelligent Access Program ( IAP ) which transmits information to road authorities.
Companies will be subjected to external audits and accreditation such as an industry code of conduct and will provide the information in the event of a major incident or investigation. If their proposal is accepted, the transport companies want a single national standard to govern the scheme and believe the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator is the ideal candidate to develop guidelines. The Regulator will be running in 2013.
According to Toll, Linfox and Asciano, businesses should be free to use any device as long as it meets a national standard. The proposal has won the support of the Australian Logistics Council ( ALC ), which claims mandatory telematics systems will reduce the number of lives lost from heavy vehicle accidents.
But it says any compulsory scheme should be phased in over a period of time so trucking operators can gradually fit the technology. The ALC also recommends a subsidy scheme to encourage the use of telematics.
The push for mandatory monitoring contradicts the Australian Trucking Association's ( ATA ) position that the scheme must be voluntary. ATA Chairman David Simon says governments should encourage the use of monitoring tools to improve compliance and aid businesses.
"However, the ATA supports the use of supervised intervention orders specifying the use of telematics, applied by a court, for serious or persistant offenders with a proven history of non-compliance," he says. The NSW branch of the Transport Workers Union ( TWU ) has also opposed the mandatory use of GPS.
Twu Secretary Wayne Forno says governments should focus on introducing "safe rates" first to ensure drivers are paid enough to make ends meet. He claims GPS tracking will only treat the symptoms of speed and fatigue rather than stop it. "At the end of the day if the drivers out there aren't earning enough money quite frankly that still leads to those temptations to take shortcuts," Forno says.
"I certainly wouldn't endorse it ( as ) mandatory just at this stage as until such time as those other problems are fixed up such as safe rates." Toll, Linfox and Asciano also want government to amend the inconsistent fatigue management counting rules, which are catching unsuspecting drivers and companies. A queensland truck was recently accused of breaching his obligations in Victoria despite being compliant in Queensland and NSW.

Thirsty Foreigners Soak Up Scarce Water Rights.
Sydney Morning Herald ( 4.9.10 )

and Bob Vinnicombe who sourced the story.
International investors are circling Australia's water market, looking to snap up hundreds of millions of dollars worth of our most precious national resource, with almost no government limit on how much they can buy.
Foreign investors have already bought millions of litres of water rights in our most strategic food-producing areas and are poised to buy more after the massive shake-out tipped to occur when the long-awaited Murray-Darling Basin plan is released.
The head of an Australian fund designed to cash in on our future water scarcity leaves tomorrow on a trip through Asia, North America and Europe aimed at raising $100 million from investors to buy water in the Murray Darling Basin.
"There is a chronic supply/demand imbalance for Australian water which will result in higher water prices," says the website of the Causeway Water Fund, whose managing director Richard Lourey will scour the world for investors.
Water has become a hot-button topic for the federal rural independents locked in talks over who will form government.
Overseas stakes in our $30 billion market already include:
$20 million worth of entitlements bought by the US-owned Summit Global Management through an Australian subsidiary;
An estimated $130 million worth of water bought by Olam International of Singapore in a deal involving the purchase of almond groves in northern Victoria;
More than $30 milion worth of rights in western NSW held by Tandou which has substantial overseas ownership.
Meanwhile, the chief executive of the NSW Irrigators Council, Andrew Gregson, has revealed that merchant banks have approached the organisation for advice on how European investors can pour hundreds of millions of dollars more into Australian water.
In some financial circles water is dubbed "blue gold". The online investment journal Investment U recently had the headline, "The oil of the 21st century ... how "blue gold" can make you rich.
Australia has spawned the most advanced water market in the world, with more than $3 billion worth of rights changing hands last year.
More than $2 billion of that trade took place in NSW, making this state's water market equal to the entire value of the country's wool exports.
The federal Labor government helped inflate the price by buying more than $1 billion worth of water as drought bit last year, accelerating its $3.1 billion buyback of water in the Murray-Darling-Basin.
After good rains and a change to the government's tender system, prices have dropped by as much as 40 per cent this year, hurting irrigators who need to sell their water rights, but making buying into the market more attractive to investors.
"We know that water is a scarce resource in a resource starved world," said Guy Kingwill, the chief executive of the agricultural company Tandou, which has substancial US and British investors.
"We are long-term investors in secure water entitlements and Australia is one of the few countries in the world where you can own those," he said.
Yet there is virtually no oversight from the Foreign Investment Review Board.
The federal Treasury says it never looks specifically at foreign acquisition of water licences, and takes an interest only if a foreign player is buying an agribusiness worth more than $231 million.
Mr Lourey rejects fears about "water barons", claiming his investment fund will allow "water to be used in the most productive way possible. We would argue that's in Australia's strategic best interests".
But farmers` groups are worried that big players could corner areas of the market by buying up permanent rights in whole valleys, or being able to dictate what food is grown where by controlling water.
"We don't have a problem with investment, or indeed, speculation in the water market," said Mr Gregson of the Irrigators Council. "We are concerned about market dominance. It's a recently developed, relatively fragile market."
FOREIGN OWNERSHIP
Only a tiny handful of water bureaucrats in each state has full knowledge of who owns the country's permanent water rights, as water registries cannot be openly searched. Some foreign acquisitions of water that have emerged include:
Summit Global Management, founded by John Dickerson, of San Diego, owns $20 million worth of water through its Australian subsidiary Summit Water Holdings. The company wants to buy more.
The Singapore company Olam International acquired nearly 90,000 megalitres of permanent water along the Murray when it picked up the almond operations of the failed managed investment scheme Timbercorp last year. The land and water were valued at $228 million.
The British investment fund Ecofin owns 20 per cent of Eastern Australian Irrigation, a company with extensive land and water holdings in south-eastern Queensland.
Tandou Limited owns Tandou Farm, near Menindee Lakes, in far western NSW. A fierce takeover battle this year has left the company dominated by the New Zealand corporate raider Sir Ron Brierley's Guinness Peat Group ( 28 per cent ), battling it out with Ecofin ( 19.9.per cent ) and the US company Water Asset Management ( 13 per cent ). Tandou's most valuable asset is $30 million worth of water rights.
A Japanese consortium led by Mitsubishi Corporation acquired the Australian water business of the British company United Utilities in May.
Causeway Asset Management, of Melbourne, wants to attract $100 million from foreign investors to a "diversified portfolio of permanent water entitlements" in Australia.

Greens Get The Green-Light To Brainwash School Children.
The Greens seem to have official sanction to carry on their share of the liberal-globalist-brainwash in our schools.
Some Green-facts have come to the notice of Australian Identity, so let's spread the news! The story goes like this:
Students from Wagga Wagga's Mount Austin High School went to Canberra on August 7 to attend the Australian Youth Climate Coalition ( AYCC ) function on "climate change". The AYCC peddled a lot of really doomsday propaganda to the kids with the Greens marketed as the saviours. Greens Senator Christine Milne turned up to address the kids and pushed the line that if their policies weren't implemented the world was over by 2020.
And we thought political lines weren't to be pushed in schools ?! But of course, all education is usually globalist propaganda in one way or another, so why be surprised if the Greens don't add their spin on things ?
And just before the Federal Election, AYCC "cards" were circulated at Mount Austin High pushing a vote for the Greens. Perhaps the kids were supposed to prevail on their parents ?
This AYCC has connections to United Nations groups and seems also to follow the trendy line on sexuality, refugees and so forth.
The Green lobby seems to get away with a lot.
It is as if Greens are some precious species of harmless feel-good, do-good persons who have some right others don't. This is very wrong. The Greens, with their gay-marriage, open-borders for refugees fantasies, drug legalisation schemes and so forth, are at their core membership ( the ex Trotskyite communists )-maniacal. They should be kept away from school children as a class of political paedophile.
Now readers might understand a little better why it will be necessary for the new Eureka Youth League to become active in every city and town of Australia. The Eureka Youth League will surely confront the Greens in the schools and counter their false environmentalism with a real commitment to protect Australia's natural and national heritage!

Green Absurdity!
Greg Bush
( Owner/Driver )
Just when you thought the trucking industry was making a strong recovery after receiving a pummelling at the hands of the recent "global financial crisis", along come the Greens, with ideas man and leader Senator Bob Brown and senate hopeful Lee Rhiannon.
Registration charges, particularly for B-doubles, have already been hard hit this year, thanks to a significant increase. But that's not enough for Brown and his band of merry men and women.
The Greens have come out with a proposal of increasing registration fees even further, up to the tidy sum of $23,000 for each B-double. The Greens figure the rego price hike will be an irresistable incentive to take freight off the smelly, dirty monsters which are billowing out toxic gases up and down our pristine highways and load it all on rail instead.
That way, the Greens reason it will go a long way to turning the road transport's carbon footprint into a fingerprint.
However, as the Australian Trucking Association ( ATA ) CEO Stuart St Clair rightly points out, "supermarkets don't have railway sidings out the back".
So, who is going to pay for these extra charges. Not the truck owner, that's for sure. If the Greens plan comes to fruition, the truck operator will simply pass his problem down the line to someone else-ultimately the consumer.
Today's trucks are the most efficent in road transport history. Technology is continually evolving, while increasing emissions regulations around the world are keeping manufacturers on their toes to build cleaner vehicles.
Rail, on the other hand, has never been identified as a mode that delivers general freight. It offers nowhere near the flexibility of road transport, and its environmental advantages are highly questionable. But Brown and his crew see it as the great white hope.
It harks back to the bad old days when rail was heavily subsidised and trucks were restricted on where and when they could take to the highways.
Unfortunately for the Greens, they, like the rest of us, will end up paying more for anything sold on shop floors across Australia.
The Greens already have the balance of power in the upper house, and are using it to force their harebrained schemes down the throat of ordinary Australians by blocking any bill they choose to. At the same time, they can fire up all their followers, who are somehow of the belief that fairies drop down from the sky and hand-deliver goods to retail outlets around the country.
The Greens will also have no problem getting the mainstream press onside. Any opportunity to stick the boot into trucking is accepted with glee.
Mind you, although Brown is at the helm, some of these absurd headline-grabbing Green policies are coming from senate candidate Rhiannon, who seems to be offering an opinion on anything she feels will attract media attention.

Housing Wait Longer, Poverty Line Stretched!
Herald Sun (7.8.10 )
Victoria's poverty line is growing and the public housing waiting list has hit an eight-year high.
There are more than 41,000 Victorian families on the state's housing list-one of the highest in the country. We note this number is trumped by NSW, with a staggering 50,000 on their list.
Almost a quarter of families on the waiting list are either homeless or at risk of losing their home, have a disability or special medical needs. Maybe these Australians should apply as refugees for immediate accomodation ?
Of course anyone that raises concern regarding the plight of these Australians, risks being labelled racist, hateful or a bigot. Incredulously the first to cast these aspertions are usually media and charity organisations.
No-one is suggesting for a minute the refugees are not without their own plight, which should be addressed at the point of origin, rather than transfering their need to a secondary location. Placing the refugees at the front of the queue, for scarce social resources we are creating further problems, not that that bothers the refugees or their advocates.
The elite have promulgated ( via globalist policies ) groups of Australians that have become refugees in their own country.
The church and charity groups pretend they are doing the work of God, but of course there are other incentives regarding the refugee industry at stake here. For example the millions of dollars in government funding for groups to provide refugee services.
What we now see is vested interest groups terrified of being exposed for what they really are. Of course it is in their interests for the Australian homeless and disenfranchised to remain silent and without advocate.
Anyone that dares to speak out on behalf of these forgotten Australians, or challenge the agenda at hand, could find themselves smeared all over the front page of The Sydney Morning Herald!

Australia First Recommends "Vote One Craig Hesketh" For Riverina.
Australia First Party recommends to voters in the Federal seat of Riverina that they cast a vote for Mr. Craig Hesketh of the One Nation Party on August 21.
We understand that Mr. Hesketh upholds a pro Australia stand on economic globalisation ( which has seen foreign fruit imports brought into Australia ) and he has rightly spoken out against the refugee invasion of our country.
A National Second Preference ?
Mr. Hesketh has recommended a second preference for the National Party. He has said that he seeks disgruntled farmers and other National voters to cast a protest vote for him and allow their votes to "return" to the National Party. He has seen that as the most productive course for him and his party.
Australia First Party makes no recommendation on second preferences.
If Mr. Hesketh's strategy is permissible, it is only so farmers and other regional Australians are told in the clearest way that the National Party is no real friend of country folk. Quite the contrary. The National Party is the political vehicle of powerful elites which are opposed to the family farm, to small production and small business. Such things may only exist in the collective mind of these elites if they offer no challenge to corporate farming, pastoralism and the cult of the global market.
In the 1980's, Wagga Wagga was the centre of a considerable resistance movement to the foreclosure of farms by the banks. A mighty movement against the banks and their "creation of credit at interest" power developed. Thousands were drawn in. This movement arose because the National Farmers Federation ( NFF ) worked hand in glove with Elders-IXL (John Elliot ) and Westpac bank to force farmers of their lands. No one was active at the "coal face" for the farmers. The Union of Farmers was a key patriotic movement that stood up for ordinary people. The Union of Farmers kept many small producers on their properties.
The National Party played at this time-a treacherous game. It did its best to shield the NFF/Elders-IXL connection from public exposure and often pretended that it would give a real voice for farmers in this age of declining prices and high bank interest. It often linked up with supposed "protest groups". It was all deception.
Today is no different. Despite their noises, the Nationals are so far involved in the politics of globalisation that it's a wonder anyone votes for, or supports, them at all. Why ? Because the Nationals are masters of deceit. They rely on patronage and social connections that maintain their networks.
There will be no progress for any nationalist-minded party, be it One Nation or Australia First, if the Nationals are not challenged.
The people of Riverina at least have a choice this time. Let us hope Mr. Hesketh can make an impact now and for the future.

The Gillard Palace Coup: What It Tells Us About The ( Concealed ) Nature Of Australian Politics.
Dr. J. Saleam.
The appointment of Julia Gillard as Prime Minister has nothing to do with a government losing its way or bad opinion polls. It was not a cosmetic exercise, but one born in the belly of the system.
Basically, the putting aside of Krudd by the Labor party shows anyone with an enquiring mind how politics works in Australia. It is about the exercise of power and it shows that power does not reside in parliaments but with the wealthy elite and the foreign states with "shares" in the safe and efficient running of Australia Inc.
The Mining tax
The multinationals which operate in Australia pay no company tax. Fact. Via the 50 year old dual tax agreement, they pay no direct taxes. Many mining companies here are branches of the multinationals. However, KRudd set out to tax "Australian" mining giants. Call it blunder or simply a desire to balance his budget, but like the whitless Gough Whitlam who wanted to know what went on inside the American base at Pine Gap, there are some things that Australian Prime Ministers cannot do and are not permitted to think about.
One section of Australian capital considered that it was being asked to shoulder too much of the burden of upholding their own appointees in government. They rebelled. The billionaire mining oligarchs refused the super levy.
So, a government changes and Gillard "backs down" to the oligarchy.
It was almost automatic.
Chinese Imperialism Had A Hand In Government Change ?
It was well known that KRudd was-and is-an enthusiast for all things Chinese. The Chinese Vice President was in Canberra just at the time of the palace coup. His concern ? Mining contracts. Anything that delays or frustrates the supply of cheap Australian minerals to the Chinese moloch is a threat to increasing power of China in Australia. Chinese imperialism demands security for its investments as all imperialisms have done in history.
Australia is a resources pawn in a globalised market. Australia is competed over as foreigners stake out their claims and draw out the national wealth. The mining oligarchs, particularly the repulsive Clive Palmer, all kowtow to China which purchases "their" minerals, to their profit. They targeted KRudd. Gillard now looks forward to the continuance of the boom and welcomes the increasing interest of China in Australia.
It was almost automatic.
Then, It's Israel Again
It is publicly known that Julia Gillard's live in lover Tim Mathieson works in property development and that he is employed by the Ubertas Group. This company is the creature of Albert Dadon, founder of the Australian Israel Forum. It was this Forum that sponsored Gillard to Israel last year where she sang the Zionist line on Middle Eastern politics.
As for KRudd, he had recently committed another "mistake". He had criticized Israel ( an entity he really loves as the false "Christian" Zionist he is ) over the Gaza blockade and the Israeli state murder of Turkish civilians on vessels serving in a Gaza relief mission. Again, too much public criticism of Israel cannot be tolerated-even from a fair weather toady.
Mr Dadon is close to prominent pro-Israel Labor MP Michael Danby, who was influential in the palace coup that installed Julia Gillard as Prime Minister. The Zionist fraction of Australian Jewry looked to Danby to ensure the Australian state lines up with Israel in its terror against the Palestinians and for its position on Iran. How the Zionist worm turns in Australian politics!
The Gillard government will stay the killing course in Afghanistan. It will support Israel. It will not seek the nuclear disarmament of Israel, but will threaten war with Iran over a peaceful nuclear energy program.
It was almost automatic.
The Population Issue explodes
Then KRudd became a little to open in his scheme for a "big Australia"-36 millions, 50 millions, millions. It was bad to be free with the truth when the voters get nervous.
So, crash, bang, out goes KRudd and in comes concerned Julia who even appoints a "sustainable Population" minister to handle immigration.
A neat package. The public is to go back to sleep.
It was almost automatic.
When We Sum It All Up....
When we put it all together Australia has no real independence and Australian politicians are creatures of whomsoever-pays! It is a rich man's government that bens over to the foreign interest.
That there was a palace coup suggests that Australian politics will become increasingly unstable and dictatorial. We learn where power truly lies.
The Australian people's movement for national independence must address these issues. Not just the oligarchs of the mining industry, but all the czars of money must be put aside that democracy can grow in Australia!

Julia Gillard And Tony Abbott "Tough" On Immigration/Refugees ?
Dr. J. Saleam.
Bullshit Me Once Shame On You; Bullshit Me Twice, Shame On Me!
A game is being played. It has been on foot since the emergence of Tony Abbott as "Opposition Leader". The Liberal Party has pretended to be a critic of the "border security" policies of the Labor government and has further argued for a "sustainable immigration program". Yeah. Yeah. At no point have the Liberals demanded an end with immigration, nor have they said a firm "No" to refugee intakes. And we would have expected nothing less from them. Under John Howard, the Liberals boomed immigration to dizzying numbers. The Liberals know that the "end" of the policy-is to affect a change in Australia's demographics. The question for the Liberals has been to stymie community fears over such a monstrous thing dispossessing the Australian People in their own country. Will we Australians become a minority in our own country within 50 years? Is the attack upon our national identity ( in education, media, politics, cultural institutions ) part of this change in our status ? When do we become "part of Asia" ?
The significant new development is that Labor has joined the Liberals in this game! In words at least, Labor has expressed concerns ( sic ) at the direction of the immigration program and its size, at the effects on urban infrastructure and so forth.
The Gillard Putsch Signals Fear Of The People.
The new Julia Gillard government has responded to mass voters` worries stated during a recent State by-election in New South Wales. Liberal and Labor activists reported the mood of the community on immigration and population policy, on border security and refugees-was poisonous to the LABER-AL machine. It could produce maverick behavior at the polls ( not just in outer suburban Sydney either ) and in the community-precisely the intention of the Australian people's party-Australia First!
The Labor government now seeks a "sustainable" population level for Australia and is not necessarily in favour of the "big Australia" that KRudd talked about. Yeah. Yeah.
So now, both sets of liars are immigration critics!
The Sydney Morning Herald editorialised on June 30:
"Julia Gillard's foray into population policy has a touch of John Howard about it. The former Prime Minister was adept at subtly using the public's fears of uncontrolled immigration-talking and acting tough about a small number of boat people while simultaneously arranging a large immigration intake. It was an effective tactic to sidestep the xenophobia among sections of his supporters, although many will demur at its cynicism. Gillard, by implying criticism of the Rudd governments supposedly arbitrary population targets of up to 40 million people, and adding the word "sustainable" to the title of Tony Burke's population portfolio, is playing a similar game ? Let us hope a game is all it amounts to."
Was this a case of honest journalism from an Establishment paper ?
We say that it is a ruthless and cynical game. But can LABER-AL pull this off ? Gillard gives her new line and Abbott says it's not hard enough and is just dreamed up policy spin. Why believe Julia ? Then vote for Tony-he said it all first. Yeah. Yeah. A double game!
The Sydney Morning Herald does tell us a couple of things. People are worried. People may react. This game is being played. The paper is worried the game might get out of hand. And it can! All the lies in the world do not necessarily mean that the voters, the people, can be absolutely fooled this time. Have people realised: bullshit me once, shame on you; bullshit me twice, shame on me ?? It's a bit late for a John Howard "children overboard" Tampa crisis. So it's cooked up in a new way, with sober pollies reacting to what voters say about the population crisis.
However, population is only part of the story. It's not just about people-but what people. Both faces of the LABER-AL machine are dedicated to the Asian Destiny for Australia, the ultimate breaking open of the borders for labour and capital to move freely. We are warned. We are in peril. That the liars in Canberra would go down their new population-sceptical road suggests they are concerned the people may not be fooled.
Let's prove that to them! Build Australia First Party, electorally and in the community as the party of the Australian People! No more bullshit!

Treasurer Or Traitor ?
The Land ( 24.6.10 ).
China's Bright Food, the government-owned company interested in CSR's Sucrogen business, is looking to NSW agriculture for more investment opportunities.
It will target sugar, dairy and wine operations, and will receive assistance in identifying opportunities from State Government after signing a memorandum of understanding with Treasurer, Eric Roozendaal, on Tuesday.
The deal highlights growing foreign, and specifically Chinese, investment in Australian agricultural resources despite concerns being raised by the Foreign Investment Review Board this month.
It is hoped the deal will also help link Chinese suppliers with buyers in NSW, while also opening up the Chinese market for local companies.
These developments explain why Roozendaal left the matter of Australian food security off the agenda at the recent State Budget.
Roozendaal is clearly more interested in food security for foreigners, than for the people of NSW. We are curious as to what could be the motivating factor behind these revelations ?
In the case of the Chinese, like King Midas who was granted his wish, everything he touched turned to gold, including his food and then he starved to death.
Is Roozendaal as shortsighted as Midas, who knew the price of everything and the value of nothing ?
These traitors are intoxicated with the globalist dream. The hangover will come when they run out of oil and can no longer circumnavigate the globe with all their wares.
The only certainty with the open up the borders globalist agenda, is the imminent global chaos and social disorder.
The actions of the ruling class and their hangers on, being profit driven greed, we are now faced with the unimaginable situation, where these greedy globalists actually have a vested interest in our ever increasing suffering and hardship.

The Reason Behind The Reason.
We publish an edited ( for length ) contribution to Your Say: Daily Telegraph 23.6.10
Regarding the situation in Afghanistan, one must wonder what is the real reason behind the exercise ? Whilst everyone wants to talk about this being a conflict over democracy, it is really a conflict over economics.
At the present time the big winner in this conflict-regardless of whether the Taliban or the present Afghani Government gains control-is China. But wait, you might say the Chinese are not fighting there. True, but they have an investment and don't really care who wins.
Afghanistan has one of the world's richest sources of untapped mineral resources. Earlier this year, China paid $3 billion as a down payment for the copper mining rights with a promise to provide road and rail infrastructure and electricity generation to the mining areas, regardless of who were the victors of the "war".
In the meantime, the Afghan Government is sponsoring the biggest mineral sale this decade. So what is Australia really getting out of it all ? Not very much. Maybe a little bit of prestige for being there and of course, a bill for $1 billion a year.
If our young men and women are losing their lives as part of this agenda, we should be sending all the Afghani "asylum-seekers" ariving on our shores back to Afghanistan to fight their own "war". Let's bring the Australians home and leave the place to whoever wants it, like say the Chinese!
We see a more sinister agenda at play here, cleverly orchestrated by the globalists. This is merely the tip of the iceberg and the begining of the one world government, where increasingly we see the elite few in control of the worlds resources, such as the minerals, the food supply and so on. Enter the United Nations and world dominance.
As nationalists we must remain on high alert and resist these vile traitors and fight to retain our sovereignty and regain our independence before it is to late!

Foreign Buyers Set To Swoop.
The Land ( 17.6.10 )
A rush in foreign investment interest in Australian farmland is stirring new concerns about just how much overseas ownership of local agricultural resources is too much. Unease about global food shortages in the next 20 years-and long-term agricultural market opportunities-have made Australia and areas of South America prized targets for foreign government-aided enterprises and private investor groups.
Africa has also been the focus of a significant land grab, particularly by overseas government-owned investment corporations from China and the Middle East. last week, the Foreign Investment Review Board told a Senate committee hearing in Canberra it was possible for whole rural districts to be gradually acquired by offshore owners without any Australian government scrutiny or approval.
The FIRB would only be notified of agricultural land sales if individual property land sales exceeded $231 million, or if land was being bought by a foreign government. Aquisitions by foreign entities on a farm by farm basis did not come onto the board's radar. The Australian rural property market is becoming increasingly busy with overseas clients such as the U.S, the U.K, China, India, the Middle East and others.
We might wake up at some point finding that if overseas investors wanted to they could exclude us from enjoying the value of our own land because, for sovereign reasons, their production is linked to another nation's food security.
We wonder how Australia could have ever found itself in this situation. As we are sure Ireland also believed it unimaginable, when during the potato famine the other crops they were farming on their land were exported while they starved to death, as the Irish had lost control over their land.
As nationalists we can clearly see what is going on here. Our traitorous government, along with the elite are prostituting what is left of our country to their globalist pimp master friends, for a fast buck. This is a wake up call to all Australians and the death knell to our sovereignty. We are hostages to this despicable agenda and while ever the status quo remains the ransom only gets higher.
This evil anti-Australian agenda is driven by greed and profit manifesting from an ideology of economics as if people mattered! We must resist.

Food Shortages.
Global Situation:
Governments are intentionally covering up the looming food shortages, if the public realised the true extent of the crisis economies could collapse, governments would fall and anarchy would ensue. So the truth up to date has been cleverly disguised, assisted by media and other groups who happily trot out the ongoing rhetoric and deceptions on behalf of their globalist pimp masters. Australia First Party intends to rip the rug of deception out from under these vile traitors and reveal the truth.
In 2008, 30 countries had "food riots", where food was so scarce, desperation and violence followed. It could happen here. With powerful factions jockeying for control of the food supply, who can say when the hammer will fall ? We hear stories of climate change, wars, disease, and so on threatening the survival of humans, clearly we are on a fast track to starvation well before any of these so-called predictions may or may not materialise. In fact many agriculture experts predict that we will soon be experiencing a worldwide food crisis of unprecidented magnitude. Some political experts predict the catalyst for food shortages will involve more sinister political agendas.
Consider Asian countries that are now consuming record amounts of food staples, protein etc. The biofuel industry placing increasing pressure on our food crops, such as corn, sugarcane, soyabeans, etc which are used to produce ethanol and requiring more and more agricultural land to grow crops for fuel production. Of course the population explosion will place enormous pressure on our food supply. Global markets will require 50% more food over the next 10 years. The ruthless multinationals are aware of these impending events and are buying up extensive farmland in developing countries and now have their sights set on Australian farmland, to secure control of the global food supply. As demand surpasses supply.
National Situation:
We are currently seeing individuals and groups of political convenience entering centre stage concerning agricultural matters in Australia. Farmers Associations and the like are not what they used to be, they also fail miserably to justify their own existence and happily tow the globalist line. Ken Henry recently refered to Australia as a "three-speed" economy, in which mining is in the top bracket and agriculture is at the bottom. This helps to explain the anti-Australian psuedo agriculture policies we see in Australia. Australian farmers making negligable returns or quietly losing money is the order of the day.
We observe mining companies buying up productive farm land all over the country. We hear the agendas of the deluded, such as Michael Roche, CEO of QLD Resources Council, who is all for the expansion of the coal gas seam industry onto the Darling Downs ( home to our most productive food producing soils ). Mr. Roche sees no problem in sacrificing our food production land, "as we can always import food from China or India".
Enter The Wentworth Group, this "advisory" group of so-called academics and scientists, have irrigators feeling extremely nervous about future water entitlement reductions, to be foisted upon their irrigation districts. In the Murrumbidgee region cuts of up to 65% are forecast, with the Murray Darling not fairing much better. These strategically introduced advisory groups are not ignorant to the fact water and food production are linked together, nor the reality that irrigation water is used for growing food.
With free-trade agreements, seeing the impending importation of beef from BSE affected countries and apples with fire blight and so on, native vegetation ( land rights ), water buy back, mining rights, forestry lock ups, government schemes paying farmers to leave the land, cheap and nasty imports, globalists buying up our farmland and so-on, one should not be considered paranoid to feel cynical about political agendas.
The Immigration and refugee explosion has put such pressure on our food and water supply and housing stock, to the point where we are seeing our Sydney food bowl disappear, replaced by housing development, to cater for the population explosion. As we know the higher the population, the greater the chance of starvation.
The NSW State budget delivered last week ignored the crisis of food security and farmers issues again and opted to butter up the big end of town, developers and the like, to ensure continued party faithful donations. Of course anywhere west of the Blue Mountains failed to register on the NSW Treasurer's radar as usual. This in itself is an alarming situation, where Mr. Roozendaal fails to prioritise the future food security of the people of NSW above the interests of an elite few.
As we lose the expertise of our farmers, we lose their knowledge and practical skills which will not be passed on to the next generation. This in turn adds to the problem that Australia is progressively reliant on food imports from overseas where we will have no control over production methods, quality or price.
Historical Situation:
When we analyse the politics around food security in Australia, we can draw some disturbing parallels between the globalist food supply agenda and the Irish Potato Famine, where in reality the shortage of food was a myth. Yes, the potato crop failed, but all other crops thrived. At the height of the "famine" around $30 million dollars of food produced in Ireland left Ireland for export, meanwhile millions of people starved to death. Landlords seeking a better market price as the Irish were to poor to buy food they were farming themselves. Normally it was usual to export food only after the countries own population was fed. Again money was more important than human lives-nothing has changed and we would do well to remember politics and greed were behind the potato famine and guard ourselves from despot governance. We must regain our independence and resist the globalists.
Food will soon be more valuable than gold!

No Room At The Inn.
A desperate working mother has told how she is enduring her worst nightmare-living with her two young children in the back seat of her car.Tonight Michelle will tuck her children Connor, 11, and Mikayla, 6, into her holden Barina parked in a vulnerable open space such as a train station or a shopping centre car park in Melbourne's south-east suburbs.
Michelle estimates she has put in up to 60 applications for rental homes in the past six weeks and says she can afford to pay up to $300 a week in rent from her part-time job at a doctor's surgery
But in a competitive market, prospective landlords keep finding more "preferable" tenants, she says. So for the past two weeks-since the tenancy in her previous home expired-Michelle and her children have been on the streets.
( Herald Sun 10.6.2010 ).
We note there is no shortage of lodgings for refugees in Melbourne's south-east suburbs and beyond. With all the Australian taxpayers money these parasites are availed via re-settlement programs and the like, they would come under the prefered tenant description. Of course refugees have other advantages not availed to Australians, such as the human rights industry and their cronies, who would not stand to see refugees living in cars. Albeit most refugees have better cars than the average Australian's standard of housing.
We must further mention homeless Australians will receive no empathy from mainstream politics. Recently Tony Abbott announced "the homeless only have themselves to blame for their situation". So much for the Christian values espoused by Abbott and so much for Rudd who only has the welfare of refugees on his mind, calling for church groups to find housing to accomodate "asylum-seekers", while in the interim Rudd has the invading-groups bedded down in a 4 star resort on the Gold Coast.
Rudd did however make mention some time ago, that "homelessness in Australia was a national atrocity", obviously not atrocious enough for Rudd to take any action. We might add the national atrocity we are seeing here is the refugee invasion. Rudd has clearly defined himself as a master of lip service. Australians need not look to the Greens or the human rights lobby for support on the issue of Australian homelessness, as they too are otherwise engaged ensuring refugee privilege and yelling and screaming about the right to bring all and sundry into the country, so much for the Greens policy on population.
Statistics from 2006, being the most recent, 7.5 thousand families are homeless and two thirds of families applying for emergency accomodation are turned away. We believe 2010 figures to be much higher. These families are only part of the over 100,000 homeless Australians. It's about time we started turning refugees away and looked after our own, after all some of these homeless Australians are employed and paying taxes that are providing accomodation for refugees. Have we gone mad ?
The elite have given birth to a new class of Australian conceived by their anti-Australian policies, The Working Homeless ! Welcome to the Third World.

Aid For Homeless !
Hundreds of homeless people converged on Sydney's Town Hall to enjoy food and a range of free services yesterday. There was something for every homeless person in the city, at the launch of a new charity-Sydney Homeless Connect. As the doors of Town Hall opened, homeless flooded in for a day of entertainment, meals and showers. ( Daily Telegraph 9.6.10 ).
Had these homeless Australians arrived by boat and applied as refugees they could have flown first class to a resort on the Gold Coast, all expences paid and stayed there indefinately with access to endless free services, meals and entertainment.
We note the human rights industry and the refugee advocates are silent, when it comes to the plight of homeless Australians. Yet they scream and yell and froth at the mouth, when it comes to the refugee invasion and the so-called rights of these intrusive parasites.
We need to consider our fellow Australians and their sensibilities, first and foremost, the time has come to tear up this vile UN treaty on refugees that we were signed up to by the traitor class, if we are to survive as Australians and maintain our culture and identity. Or do we continue along watching our brother lay in the street ? along with everything else Australian, as the traitor class continue along aiding and abetting the invasion of these hostile aliens.
What we see materialising here as a result of these anti-Australian treaties is a bizarre type of vulturism, an ideology foisted upon us by the human rights industries and other vested interests groups, sent to devour us, like vultures circling prey, these so-called refugees have their eye on the prize being our future, that we are certain of.

Liberal Party Seeks Out It's "Patriotic" Three Stooges.
Dr. Jim Saleam.
The Liberal Party is up to its old tricks again. With public concern heightened by the refugee invasion and with immigration soaring to unheard of levels, the Liberal Party is floating out its rhetoric of "concern".
The spin doctors have TV ads that feature maps of refugee boat streams heading towards Australia. Abbott talks of "sustainability" being out of whack in KRudd's immigration plans. Shadow Immigration Minister Morrison has talked of tough about "asylum seekers" being "illegal" and that it's time to be "tough".
It is all meant to deceive. It is schemed to win the public to believe that the Liberal Party will do something about it all. It won't and as before ( like with the Tampa "children overboard" affair in 2001 ), the public will be lulled into colluding with one of the parties of the establishment, while it gets on with the job of dispossessing the Australian people in their own land through the continuation of immigration ( and economic globalisation ).
But the worst aspect of the deception is not that the public is the victim of a con, it is rather that people who should know better-line up to suckle up to the Liberal pig.
The Delusion
John Pasquarelli has written an important article. We remember him as an advisor to Pauline Hanson in 1997 and-more recently-as an official of the short-lived Pauline's United Australia Party. His piece appeared on the website "The Australian Conservative", a Liberal-Party-connected forum and news site.
In this piece, Pasquarelli advised all patriotic people not to found other parties that compete with the Liberals-but to rally together with the Libs, even as a faction of opinion within the party such that they may have a "say" in the mainstream party. In particular, he admonished two micro ( Federally unregistered ) "parties"-the Protectionists and the Conservative United Party-to get with the program. The alternative was the hard yards of amassing funds and resources which he put in the "too hard basket".
Pasquarelli, for all his intelligence, may have missed the point. In fact, the Liberals don't mind these outside micro groups at all. If he had looked closer, he would have seen a strong current of common opinion ( as we shall describe shortly ) and most importantly, a feverent desire on their part to enter the mainstream through the Liberal prism, but in posturing competition against Liberal "softness". The Libs hold out the illusion that they are agreeable in fact and that their voting herds and financiers might see the light in the future and come to these new "hard" conservative parties. They hold out that they are soft because they are compelled to be and that the hard men can bring them back to true Liberal principles if they work hard enough. So, the micro parties work energetically at a project ( mainstreaming via the scheme to recruit the Liberal herds ) that will never eventuate. Pasquarelli should have noted that all this chatter was actually taking place on a Liberal forum! And the Libs are happy about that.
Significantly, he did not mention Australia First in all this and for that we are truly grateful; after all, we are not in the program.
Weird Facts
Consider what's happening. It looks weird at first glance.
Recently, Pauline Hanson, of all people, appeared on national television to tell us that Abbott would make a better PM than KRudd. What ? This was the very same Tony Abbott whose "Australians For Honest Politics" put her in gaol! Now she wants Abbott ? But remember what David Oldfield, her adviser, said years ago: "the aim of the One Nation was to make the Liberal Party more right wing". Was Pauline just returning to daddy ? In other words, was the original One Nation just a reflection of stress in the Liberal Party heartland which allowed to fester into a group that fundamentally-the Liberals still had a hook into ? When the beat had run its course, it could be safely reintergrated back into the fold ?
Now Hanson wants the conservatives not to rebel ( that is too dangerous now; like the original One Nation did briefly, it could get out of control ). Rather, she recommends they line up pure and simple behind the Liberal Party. What happened to her rhetoric about "Australia is being swamped by Asians ?" All gone. Now she is more concerned that her house is not sold to a "Moslem". Peddling a little "anti-Islam" is not really a challenge to the Asianizing establishment.
And Alan Jones. The man who defended Hanson whilst she was a prisoner may now front for the John Howard Institute, a policy making think tank-for guess who ? The nominal president of this group has been touted as one fellow who is big in the David Clarke faction of the New South Wales Liberals. This conservative, David Clarke, had his faction resuscitated by Abbott in 1996 as a barrier to too many Liberals sliding over to Hanson and as a fish-hook to reel them all back in when the time was ripe.
With Hanson as the big endorsement to the Liberals overall and Jones in the wings, Abbott has solid foundations to ensure that there is never a real radicalisation of the conservatives. Getting to this point isn't weird: it's diabolically clever.
So: the Three Stooges Get A Role
Of course, the conservatives in the Liberal Party, like the unionists in the ALP and certain farmers in the Nats, are all people who can, under particular circumstances, move away from their traditional alignments. Under temporary stress, some slid over to the former One Nation. They could do something similar again. But if the crisis of globalisation becomes deeper ( there are signs in the European debt crisis ), or if domestic pressures against free trade and mass immigration become stronger, some may opt out of establishment politics all together. Enter Australia First.
For the Liberals, that must never happen. So they have their three stooges waiting. They have groups on hand that may even in themselves be genuine structures, but which can be conned into singing the Abbott chorus.
I refer unashamedly to the Australian Conservative United Party, to the Protectionist Party and to One Nation ( or at least a faction of it seemingly dominant in New South Wales and strong elsewhere ).
What's the con ?
Well, there's always the anti-Islam routine. The establishment doesn't mind that-at least to a certain extent. As nationalists have said: this blows off steam while the state builds support for the faked up wars on terror ( sic ). They let people direct their rage at multiculturalism at the Moslems in Australia, careful always that it does not spill over into a generalized critique of immigration generally. But these groups can go that extra mile. They can talk up the need to follow the "war on terror", to support Israeli foreign policy, to bloc with the Zionists within the Australian Jewish community against any deals with the Palestinians and for the coming war with Iran-and so on. They can do the Liberal Party's foreign policy propaganda work for them. When one goes down the militant anti-Islam road, it means building alliances with other pro Liberal groups like Australian Christian Nation and the Christian Democratic Party. This is supposedly the mainstream option. It is-on our assessment-the road to nowhere.
The anti Islam routine usually leads to blocs being made with people who have no commitment to any real idea that the Australian People are a nationality. Rather these "allies" bleat that the Moslems should be turned into Australians by Christian conversion and civic training. Their logic as applied to Moslems is held with the same vehemence towards anyone else. As allies for supposed nationalists, they are worse than useless. In this regard, I note that the United Conservatives declaim against any European ethnic basis of Australian nationality in any case; the Protectionists are still coy, if only because they had partial origins inside the womb of nationalist politics, but as time goes on, they will turn to the easy path. One Nation is divided on the matter. But the con stands-that these allies will bring masses and people will kid themselves that they are part of a real mass movement. The civic patriot danger exists for One Nation absolutely and not just for a chunk of it.
It follows too, that by taking this civic patriot road of praising flags and constitutions alone rather than our European blood, one gets close to the conservative faction of the Liberal Party. We note that the Liberals` conservatism does not extend to defence of Australian Nationality-only to its civic forms.
The old One Nation in some states, but particularly in New South Wales, may find itself enmeshed in the Liberal Right. Some of its factional leaders have built close links with the Christian Nation group and the Christian Democrats, conduits for the Liberal Party. They are continuing to develop these links.
Three Stooges ?
Dearly would the Liberal Party like to possess these named groups as a three-stooges-act. There are dangers that they may be successful in the plan.
By ensuring groups fly false signals, the Liberal game-players understand that they also demobilise the developing nationalist people's movement.
They have not reckoned on the resolve of Australia First to do what must be done. Nationalists will maintain their independence and their initiative at all times. We refuse to be co-opted into the Liberals` game and we will always be at liberty to act in the interest of all Australians. Against the Liberal ethos of high immigration, globalist economics, free market labour rules, war for the New World Order and so forth, we offer the vision of an Australian Australia, Australian identity, independence and freedom.
The reactionary minded can follow Abbott if they wish, under any self-deception that moves them, but Australia First will reject the Liberal Party's game today, tomorrow, always.

Boy, 15, Jailed For 16 Years!
Weekend Advertiser ( 22.5.10 ).
A teenaged Sudanese refugee who was refused a cigarette has been jailed for at least 16 years for the "cowardly" Sydney murder of an innocent bystander.
"This was an offence of the most disturbing and senseless kind," Justice Megan Latham said in sentencing the boy in the NSW Supreme Court yesterday.
Snip....
We are curious as to how much the defence of this criminal cost the good people of NSW ? And the cost to the State to house him in a correctional facility for the next 16 years ?
Snip....
The youth, who was 15 years old at the time of the offence and cannot be named, was found guilty of the stabbing murder of Edward Spowart, 54, in the early hours of April 21, 2008, during a brawl in the streets of Granville.
"It might be said that his exposure to violence in the Sudan and Kenya desensitised him to some extent to the use of violence in order to settle disputes," the judge said.
Snip....
It might also be said, "some Australians have experienced trauma and violence also, returned servicemen and women deployed overseas that have experienced the horror of warfare, other's that have experienced domestic violence and abuse, others living in Public Housing areas, where violence is rife and so on."
Do these people murder someone because they are refused a cigarette ? Albeit these people may also be desensitised to violence, they do not act out in this manner. We might also say murdering someone who refuses you a cigarette, is not Australian culture, nor how we "settle disputes" in Australia.
Snip....
"However, the offender is not without intelligence and according to his stepmother, was a respectful, polite young man until his entry into high school in Australia in 2006".
Snip....
So now it's all our fault ?
Snip....
The murder arose out of a confrontation between members of Mr. Spowart"s group and the teenager's.The intoxicated teenager had asked someone in the other group for a cigarette but was rebuffed and told to go home.
Snip....
Where is the concerned stepmother when the 15 year old, polite respectful young man she describes is roaming the streets intoxicated ?
Snip....
"Apparently reacting out of a wounded sense of pride, the offender threw a punch," the judge said. A brawl then broke out, with various men and youths arming themselves with sticks, bricks and street signs.
"However, Mr. Spowart played no active part in that confrontation or in the later hostilities," the judge said.
Snip....
We need to accept the reality here, it is in fact the African tribalist culture to resolve disputes with violence, always has been, always will be. We do not accept blaming others as sufficent, nor do we accept the excuse they are desensitised to violence due to their never ending wars with each other. They are without excuse!

"However, the offender is not without intelligence and according to his stepmother, was a respectful, polite young man until his entry into high school in Australia in 2006".

So now it's all our fault ?

The murder arose out of a confrontation between members of Mr. Spowart"s group and the teenager's.The intoxicated teenager had asked someone in the other group for a cigarette but was rebuffed and told to go home.

Where is the concerned stepmother when the 15 year old, polite respectful young man she describes is roaming the streets intoxicated ?

"Apparently reacting out of a wounded sense of pride, the offender threw a punch," the judge said. A brawl then broke out, with various men and youths arming themselves with sticks, bricks and street signs.
"However, Mr. Spowart played no active part in that confrontation or in the later hostilities," the judge said.

We need to accept the reality here, it is in fact the African tribalist culture to resolve disputes with violence, always has been, always will be. We do not accept blaming others as sufficent, nor do we accept the excuse they are desensitised to violence due to their never ending wars with each other. They are without excuse!
